Here are some questions and answers to many of the questions we are asked - if you think one should be added please email lena@shevents.com.au

  • What has happened to the Organic Expo & Green Show? This is the Organic Expo & Green Show we have just made it better and more exciting and given it a new name and look...we hope you like it 
  • Can we have a discount please? We do not discount on stands other than part of a general promotion which we will advertise as you will find our stand prices offer exceptional value for money.

  • Why should we exhibit at SUSTAIN? We are the only show dedicated to promoting certified organic, fair trade, natural and green products across all lifestyle catagories in Oceania.  It is the industry meeting place bringing together everyone involved in the same place at the same time.

  • What’s included in the stand price? Fascia board, lights, walls, exhibitor listing on website and in program, exhibitor passes and the many benefits of our extensive pr and marketing campaigns

  • How high are the stand walls? Generally about 2.45m

  • What are the surfaces of the stand walls made of? White melamine type material - these are washable with a shiny surface.  You can affix things to them which are not too heavy by using blue tack, sellotape and velcro tape.

  • Is power included? No you must order power separately if you need it from the stand builder whose forms are available in your exhibitors manual - less than 50% of exhibitors actually use power so to reduce our carbon footprint we do not include it as standard

  • How much is power? to be confirmed but around $85 plus gst

  • Can we sell from our stand? Yes you can and we absolutely encourage you to do so, so long as it is not food for immediate consumption and complies with health and safety and the regulations set out in the exhibitors manual

  • When is bump-in? Thursday 17 October from 12 noon

  • When is bump-out? Sunday 20 October from 5.00pm

  • Can we store things at the venue overnight at bump-out? NO goods may be stored at the venue on Sunday night for collection on Monday - everything must go Sunday night or it will be removed at your cost.  Our tenancy of the venue ends at midnight on Sunday and the next show is moving in from then.

  • Can you send me a copy of the exhibitor’s manual please? The exhibitors manual is available in your online account which you get once you have paid your stand deposit

  • How many visitors do you get? Approx 7,500 in the past and we are expecting a healthy crowd in Melbourne

  • Where/How are you advertising the expo and increasing consumer and trade visitor numbers on last year? Our full marketing campaign will be available shortly so check back or enquire

  • Do we need to exhibit on all 3 days? Yes.  Our exhibitors find great value in exhibiting at both trade and public shows.

  • Will there be a show in Sydney this year?  No the only show this year will be in Melbourne.

  • Are you coming to Brisbane? We would like to and are looking into it for future years - we will announce any new show locations via our newsletter so make sure you sign up on the home page
